"Fiction to Fashion" Runway Show
Thu, Feb 23, 2017 7:00 pm
Teens were challenged to register in January and design outfits from recycled books, cassette tapes, and CDs. Local fashion authorities are mentoring on artistic vision and presentation as the contestants prepare for the February 23 Runway Show.
The venue for the "Fiction to Fashion" Runway Show is Expo 216, a non-profit specialty museum at 216 North Front Street. Contestants will model their designs for a live audience, and the fashion authorities will award special prizes to be announced at the event.
